I’m Catholic but quite honestly I’m really not that religious. I can’t say that I go to Mass every single week and sometimes I forget to say my prayers but I believe in Christ, I am a Christian.

I never try to impose my religion on anyone else because, with any religion, I just don’t think anyone should go there. Your religion is your religion. But I expose the views of Catholicism, or at least I try to, through my actions in my everyday life.

I feel as if all religions are equally important. And, truth be told, every single religion calls for every single human being to LOVE ONE ANOTHER.

Bo Ne with Pâté

I found this Vietnamese restaurant, Mon Ami, on Yelp. They serve French-Vietnamese cuisine. Most of the Yelpers recommended the Bo Ne with pâté sauce. I love getting the pâté banh mi sandwiches so I definitely wanted to try this particular dish. It was pretty good, not bad at all!! The steak was delicious and the pâté sauce was amazing. The onions and egg on the side complimented the meat dish very well. If you’re in OC and in the mood for some good meat, try Mon Ami!

Laguna Beach, California

The best part of being a Californian – Breathtaking sunsets at Laguna Beach.

I went to Laguna Beach for a friend’s baby shower. Awesome weather, as always. I have to admit, Californians are damn lucky! We had a BBQ and spent the day laying out and taking dips in the Pacific. There’s nothing more amazing than this!
